（中央社記者游凱翔台北16日電）前總統陳水扁收到正副總統就職國宴邀請函，但是否能以保外就醫名義赴宴，引起外界關注。法務部次長陳明堂受訪表示，保外就醫應該要以醫療行為為主，會請矯正署再去了解。

前總統陳水扁的兒子陳致中今天在臉書貼文分享，父親陳水扁與母親吳淑珍收到蔡英文就職國宴邀請函。

由於陳水扁是否能以保外就醫名義赴宴，引起外界關注。

陳明堂接受訪問時表示，保外就醫顧名思義，就是應該要以醫療行為為主，相關問題會請矯正署再去了解。1050516
